Punjab education minister approves formation of promotion cell in school education department

(Express file photo) Punjab school education minister Harjot Singh Bains Thursday approved the formation of a separate promotion cell in the school education department. Bains said that ever since he took over the responsibility of the school education department, he has received maximum number of complaints from the employees and officials complaining that promotions were not timely.
